All you have to do is roll up a tortilla and put peanut butter and banana bites inside. These snacks will be good for your child’s health because they provide monounsaturated fat from the peanut butter and potassium from the banana. You can even let your child take part in making this healthy meal because it does not involve the stove.
Honey Ginger Chicken Bites
Although most children seem to love chicken, many of them only eat greasy fried chicken that is packed with calories. Instead of feeding your child chicken nuggets, make him some honey ginger chicken bites for lunch. They are prepared with boneless chicken thighs and served on skewers. These chicken bites are very small, so your child can just pop them into his mouth. If your child has some friends over, consider making even more honey ginger chicken bites for them all to eat.
