Latest Iphone Wifimiller9to5mac: This week, Apple released the latest iOS 14.7 beta in order to fix a bug that caused some iPhone users to experience blackouts when attempting to connect to certain WiFi networks. As of now, the latest version of iOS is available for download on the iPhone 6s and later and iPad Pro model at least. This update fixes a service that was causing not just blackouts but also crashes, preventing it from connecting successfully or receiving responses from other devices in your network.
The bug that has been fixed in the latest iOS 14.7 beta was released on September 9, right before Apple’s special event where it launched the iPhone X and 8. The service, called Bonjour, helps you discover devices like printers or speakers on your network, but certain networks with long names can cause crashing and blackouts when you try to connect.
This isn’t the only bug Apple has managed to fix in this beta update. According to a support document, Apple has also fixed the battery issues that certain users have been experiencing on their iPhone 6s handsets, which caused quickly-declining battery life. Battery life may also be more consistent in this latest beta, but there are no promises.
Those who are interested in trying out the latest iOS 14.7 beta can download it by going to Settings > General > Software Update.
