They contain omega-3 fatty acids which highly promote hair growth in as fast as 8 months. People can also take fish oil supplements which are great alternatives with the same effects.   4. Avocados-Considered as both healthy and delicious, avocados are also great types of food for hair loss. Just like peanuts, avocados also contain an abundant amount of biotin which we know by now promotes the healthy growth of hair and nails. Studies have also found that avocados can seal cuticle cells which results in strong, smooth, and shiny hair.
