You can also east a cookie, or donuts or the chocolate eclair you saw in the pastry store window on your way to work. Taking an afternoon break with a cup of tea and a bite of something sweet is a great way to indulge, treat yourself and help you get over the after the hump. 3. Get a Blowout
It doesn’t have to be your birthday or a special occasion, consider getting a blow out on a random evening after work. You’ll feel great and look pretty just because you’re you.
